Sales Development Program - Representative I - Minneapolis

We are looking for smart, driven, personable individuals with a knack for conversation and an interest in growing his or her sales experience. The ideal candidate will support our business at the point of the spear, partnering with contractors, supporting our sales team, and learning the product and pitch inside and out.  This role is structured to create a unique opportunity for rapid career growth by progressively building account management responsibility as well as “owning” the strategic direction of the market.  Successful candidates will transition from Sales Development Roles to Business Development Roles after just one year.


Specifics of the role:

  • Partner with Business Development representatives to understand our value proposition and sales model, and strategically manage accounts
  • Supporting the deployment of our mobile Windows Studio tour
  • Engagement and education of potential customers and contractors at events on the products and the value propositions of our company
  • Support team in presentations on progress, KPIs and other learnings to key business leads



  • We have two openings: One opening in Minneapolis and one open opening in Chicago- with preference to someone living close to Naperville where the program is headquartered.


Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree ideal but not required
  • 1 to 3 years of sales, marketing, and/or customer service experience preferred


Job Requirements:

  • Personality that strikes the proper balance between pure lead generator and a true ambassador to the brand
  • Flex scheduling (schedule won’t look the same every week)
  • Ability to work some nights (up to 7pm) and weekends
  • Valid driver’s license and safe driving record required
  • Strong presentation skills; experience with public speaking desirable
