We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to join our team. This newly created role is an essential addition to our all-star team! This position will have a key focus on building efficiency and value by defining and streamlining all of our Talent Acquisition (TA) processes.  This leader will report into the Head of TA.

You will: 
 People Leadership/Relationship Management 

  • Lead our dynamic TA Coordinator team responsible for driving candidate interview scheduling, supporting the onboarding process, and TA project coordination. 
  • Single Point of Contact and relationship manager for our strategic external partners.  Aspire for win/win solutions and performance accountability.

 
TA Operations Delivery

  • Ensure the effective execution of all documentation related to the hiring and onboarding process including pre-employment, offer and background check processes.
  • Document and streamline recruitment workflows and processes.
  • Resolve day to day operational issues efficiently with a high degree of service quality.
  • Focus on enhancing the user experience (internally and externally).
  • Primary interface for process improvement for TA, driving continuous process improvement.
  • Create consistent and efficient recruiting templates, processes and workflows.

  
Talent Operations Systems 

  • Serve as subject matter guide of the ATS, our Career site and any other recruitment tools and technologies.
  • Implement improvements in technology and process that optimize the applicant experience and minimize administrative burden.
  • Build efficiencies across James Hardie teams and systems.
  • Work with Key Stakeholders developing functional specifications for future enhancements, evaluating new technologies and tools, leading implementation of technology and ensuring an effective rollout and change management with end users.

 
Reporting & Analytics 

  • Measure and evaluate candidate sources, recruiting tools, recruitment performance.
  • Identify ways to measure performance through data and analytic methodologies.
  • Develop a common dashboard and/or leverage ATS reporting capabilities for informing key stakeholders on TA performance.

 

You have: 

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7-10 minimum years of professional work experience that includes recruiting, talent management, HRIS, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel and Visio is preferred
  • Experience managing a team and influencing others is required.
