Job Description

The Loyalty Marketing Manager will help develop loyalty email and head hunting program for consumers and customers in both B2B and B2C environment.  The manager will partner closely with internal insights and analytics teams to leverage data and develop evolution of program benefits, designing and building new features and promotions to increase appeal and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of brand loyalty program, with a focus on personalization and segmenting our database to enhance messaging.
  • Analyze data to understand consumer behaviors building innovative and creative loyalty program as well as making recommendations to marketing campaigns resulting in increased consumer demand.
  • Manages all day-to-day activities associated with the overall success of external marketing programs that support increasing consumer demand and existing customer engagement optimization.
  • Collaborates with internal marketing CRM teams by assisting with and providing strategy, direction, and input towards the development of campaigns.
  • Proactively problem solves and enhances the user experience for programs.
  • Works collaboratively with Marketing Analytics and Finance to forecast, manage, and analyze program performance metrics and to report on activities.
  • Guides, reviews and approves all lead generation marketing materials to promote conversion and simplify path to purchase.
  • Evaluate program performance and investigate opportunities to recommend promotions and strategies that drive program spend and lead acquisition.

 

Skills/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 7+ years of marketing experience with experience in creating consumer loyalty marketing programs.
  • Must have substantial skills in written and oral communication with all levels of management and outside contacts.
