Position Summary

 

The HRIS Analyst will act as a key technical contributor in both day-to-day tasks and technical projects, including system implementations, upgrades, & changes, technical documentation, integration design, and advanced report creation.  The incumbent will provide global systems oversight and support to Human Resources, act as a liaison between HR and IT, contribute to cross-functional strategic initiatives, and be responsible for understanding, analyzing, and recommending appropriate solutions to meet the company’s tactical and strategic HR technology needs. This position serves as a technical point-of-contact for support center issue escalation, supports shared services initiatives as needed, and builds relationship with key stakeholders throughout the business.

 

Position Responsibilities

 

  • Contribute to project management, configuration work, security administration, technical support, and testing plan creation in support of HR technology initiatives.
  • Design and improve advanced reports, queries, and integrations.
  • Consult with HR practitioners and other departments to influence stakeholders, determine HR technology gaps, and provide recommendation on HR technology solutions that align with best practices and organizational strategy.
  • Analyze HR processes, workflows, and performance metrics, and identify and resolve application issues.
  • Perform detailed analysis on organizational data and produce information that enables better business decisions.
  • Produce detailed technical documentation to support business continuity and process governance.

Position Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5 -7 years in HR technology:
  • Knowledge of core HR processes & cycles, including compensation, benefits, payroll, learning management, performance management, and recruiting
  • Understanding of database structure, application security, integration development, and reporting tools.
  • Required proficiency in ADP Enterprise and SQL
  • Preferred proficiency in a selection of XML, data modeling & data visualization tools, full-suite SAP, SuccessFactors, Kronos Workforce Central, or comparable technologies
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite.
