Position Summary:


The Regional Sales Leader, reports to the Sales Leader for the respective region and is responsible for driving market results through their organization encompassing specialized territory sales representatives. This role is mainly focused on leading, coaching, and developing their district to execute on the strategic initiatives that drive strong sales results through strong account management principles. The incumbent will need to ensure clarity of the strategic vision for their organization and hold the team to a set high standards and accountability. Additionally, the Regional Sales Leader will manage their own key accounts with dealers and builders, will need to pay close attention to identifying emerging trends and developing action plans to address, and partner flawlessly with internal and external stakeholders to achieve results.  


 Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


·         Responsible for owning all sales functions and talent within their market consisting of 3 or more geographic regions within the US.

·         Responsible for communicating effectively across all levels of the organization in order to influence team to execute on strategies.

·         Serve as lead on managing identified key accounts (dealers, builders, etc.)

·         Identify emerging trends and developing actionable plans to address through sustainable relationships.

·         Leverage internal resources to assist in solution development or implementation as necessary.

·         Manages and holds themselves accountable to a priority based schedule with prospective customers. 

·         Successful on-boarding and training of new sales reps

·         Communication of market opportunities, risks, and potential solutions

·         Support segment initiatives and program design/implementation

·         Able to make informed decisions on time prioritization and model this behavior for direct reports.

·         Develop a solid understanding of company products, customer programs and benefits, and our market development sales approach to effectively engage with prospective customers.

·         Capable of analyzing and interpreting data to drive decision making.

·         Able to host, lead, and present in front of large audiences.

·         Passion for their company and personal success to meet or exceed goals.

·         Manage budget and monitor financial performance





Skills & Qualifications:

·         5+ years of sales experience in a high touch sales environment

·         Strong leadership and coaching skills.

·         Ability to balance near-term and long-term goals through strategic planning

·         Proven track record of developing, engaging, and recognizing talent to deliver results.

·         Effective performance management skills.

·         Ability to be resilient and adaptable.

·         Ability to recognize needs, barriers and solutions

·         Excellent leadership, project management, collaboration skills and the ability to drive results

·         Ability to work with & understand complex channels & distribution models.

·         Basic understanding of fundamental financial concepts.

·         Valid driver’s license

·         Bachelors’ Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field Required

·         Willingness to travel
