		<title>Reliability Engineer Job (Dallas, TX, US)</title>
		<description><![CDATA[<b>Title:</b> Reliability Engineer
<br><br><b>Job Description:</b> "As a member of the maintenance improvement program reporting to the Maintenance Improvement Manager, the Reliability Engineer performs functions to implement a preventive /predictive maintenance program which will maximize site equipment reliability and develop strategies and methods that improve site preventive/predictive maintenance. The position is based in Cleburne, Texas

 <br><br><b>RESPONSIBILITIES:</b>: 
  Ground up population of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
  Work and collaborate with various departments to develop and maintain specific targets, strategies and tactics to maximize equipment availability to drive asset productivity improvements.
  Work closely with maintenance and/or production personnel to resolve chronic equipment related issues by appropriately using reliability tools such as:
  Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM);
  Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA);
  Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA); and
  Predictive technologies such as thermal imaging, vibration analysis, and acoustic monitoring.

 <br><br><b>QUALIFICATIONS:</b>: 
  Strong communication skills, written, oral, and interpersonal.
  Attention to detail, and continual diligence about follow-up.
  Must be able to lead and be a part of cross functional teams.
  Knowledgeable of root cause and fault tree analysis techniques.
  Demonstrated advanced skills with the standard features of various personal computer word processing and spreadsheet software (Microsoft Word and Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet, and other proprietary software).
  CMMS skills in MP2 or similar systems.

 <br><br><b>EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE</b>: 
  Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical). (preferred)
  1 or more years experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment."

The Quality & Process Improvement Engineer ensures the proper administration of quality control system(s) used in the manufacture on Fiber Cement. The Quality & Process Improvement Engineer also develops new equipment configurations, processes, and procedures to improve manufacturing efficiencies of both new and existing products. The incumbent works in collaboration with Research and Development, Manufacturing Technical Services, and the plant management team(s) to address and solve quality issues as needed. He/she must also ensure compliance with corporate quality policies and business objectives to ensure the manufacture of superior value added products. As a member of the Quality and Process Improvement Group, the Quality Engineer reports to the Quality and Process Improvement Team Leader.  <br><br><b>RESPONSIBILITIES:</b>: 
  Manages small to medium sized projects (under ~ $250K) to address previously identified quality concerns in the manufacturing system
  Trouble-shoots daily quality issues by analyzing results of data collected to solve and prevent future issues;
  Supports corporate quality policies and standards to ensure final product meets the Company's quality specifications and customer expectations by complying with the Company's core quality systems; and
  Supports the Company's stated key strategies and business objectives around execution, reducing delivered cash cost, introducing differentiated products and growing market share.

 <br><br><b>QUALIFICATIONS:</b>: 
  Demonstrated and applied knowledge of statistical process control.
  Demonstrated advanced skills with the standard features of various personal computer word processing and spreadsheet software (Microsoft Word and Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet, PhotoShop, Minitab, JMP, Statistical and other proprietary software).
  Demonstrated and applied knowledge of troubleshooting quality issues.
  Demonstrated and applied knowledge of root cause analysis and a proven ability to develop and implement effective corrective actions for issues as needed.
  Ability to coach personnel on how to thoroughly investigate process upsets and development of effective corrective action recommendations.
  Experience with Statistical Process Control, Six Sigma, and Statistical Analysis highly desired
   Must be ready to travel 50-75% of the time 

 <br><br><b>EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE</b>: 
  Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering Field (preferably Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Systems, or Chemical)
  1 or more years of experience in a Quality Coordinator or similar role.
  0-3 years experience as an Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
