Title: Installation Site Inspector
Job Description: "PART-TIME 30 HOURS A WEEK BILINGUAL (ENGLISH/SPANISH) REQUIRED As a member of the intallation sales team, the Installation Site Inspector will work closely with the Installation Specialist and Sales Representatives in an assigned territory to monitor production at the Company's customers' (builders and contractors) job sites. The Installation Site Manager will report directly to the Installation Sales Manager with a dotted line report to the Installation Specialist within the assigned territory. Position
RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensures customers' compliance to the Company's installation best practices; and Manages an assigned sales territory and reports on related marketing activities on a weekly basis. Position Requirements Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Required: Extensive knowledge of building practices in both residential and commercial segments. Ability to retain builder attention and take charge of building sites based on respect and installation mastery. Demonstrated knowledge regarding the use of tools and practices of siding applications. Proven presentation skills with the ability to communicate at all levels. Demonstrated organizational and time management skills. Superior interpersonal and written/oral communication skills with the ability to relate well and cooperate with others to effectively coordinate activities and accomplish goals. Ability to communicate and work with cross functional teams and all levels in the organization. Results-oriented to ensure delivery of appropriate products and services in an accurate, complete, and timely fashion. A demonstrable capacity to keep abreast of new industry trends and how they would interact with Company products (preferred). Ability to travel up to 75% of the time. Ability to speak Spanish fluently.
