You will spend the majority of your time improving the efficiency of the manufacturing process and managing small capital projects. RESPONSIBILITIES:: Actively lead and support the plant safety programs; Develop and manage capital projects; Actively pursue ways to meet site yield expectation; Understand the Waste, Speed and Delay design for each product on each machine, then meet or exceed design; and Routinely verify conformance of material being produced to meet or exceed the quality standard.
QUALIFICATIONS:: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (mechanical, chemical, industrial, paper science). 3 or more years in a high-speed manufacturing environment. Experience in troubleshooting electrical control systems on continuous production lines including programmable logic control (PLC) and variable frequency drive systems (VFD).
