Job Description: "Inventory Specialist The Customer Operations Inventory Specialist is a unique role that blends developing customer relationships with high level of service through order management and timely follow-up, along with the utilization of analytical skills in managing inventory at multiple facilities using proven replenishment techniques. The Customer Operations Inventory Specialist provides support to and coordinates information provided by other functions within the Company including Sales, Transportation Management, Logistics, Credit, and Production Planning. Occasionally, the Customer Operations Inventory Specialist provides functional backup to other areas of Customer Operations. The role reports to the US Network Lead Analyst and provides opportunities for future growth into other Customer Operations roles. Position

RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides exceptional service, including building and maintaining effective internal and external customer relationships; Effectively and accurately manages customer VMI orders of all Company products along with managing JH run reload facilities; and Supports the department in meeting its objectives. Position Requirements Demonstrated advanced analytical skills with the various features of spreadsheets, databases and reporting software to manipulate large volumes of data using functions like Pivot tables and other advanced Excel functions. Demonstrated ability to develop and modify reporting and analytical tools using innovative techniques without merely refreshing data. Demonstrated ability to identify and understand issues or problems using data and use effective approaches for choosing a course of action or developing an appropriate solution. Ability to challenge information and a passion to exhaustively uncover robust facts and data which improve insights and the quality of the final decision. Superior interpersonal and written/oral communication skills with the ability to provide conclusions and recommendations based on analysis. Customer value driven mentality. Ability to effectively work with customers to problem solve and generate solutions and in a fast paced environment. Ability to drive adherence to planning best practices and procedures. Capable of effectively manage time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently. Demonstrated ability to act independently upon information and make decisions that achieve optimal results. Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload while paying attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to function as a strong team player.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Science, Operations or related field. 0-3 years experience in a planning, supply chain, or analytical field. Strong MS Office capability preferred, particularly in Excel Some customer service, sales, or customer interface experience preferred."
